1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ALFA Network LK platform or engaging our offensive security services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Rules of Engagement (RoE). If you represent a corporate entity, you certify you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Scope of Services

ALFA Network LK specializes in non-traditional cybersecurity, including penetration testing, red teaming, and specialized hardware distribution. Any technical engagement requires a separate, signed "Engagement Protocol" document specifying target range and liability.

3. Prohibited Activity

Unauthorized use of our tools, reverse engineering of proprietary attack frameworks, or use of our hardware for illegal operations is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the service agreement and reporting to relevant legal authorities.

4. Liability Limitations

While ALFA Network LK employs elite-grade security methodologies, we are not liable for any data loss or infrastructure downtime occurring during an authorized offensive audit, provided it was within the agreed Scope of Work.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom exploit payloads, analytical reports, and threat intelligence models developed by ALFA Network LK remain our property, unless explicitly transferred to the client in the master service agreement.
